Propellus Management is led by Anthony Ng, a landlord and real estate agent serving property owners across North Texas since 2002. He manages 200+ single-family homes in East Dallas, Forney, Fort Worth, Allen, McKinney, Plano and North Dallas — going full-time in real estate after a career as an engineer at Texas Instruments.

Roughly 190 of those homes are rented to voucher families, about 100 of them DHA clients. The approach is simple and it hasn't changed: treat residents with respect, use the housing agency resources available, and keep rents fair and reasonable.

Our real estate activity is conducted through Great Wall Realty LLC, a licensed Texas brokerage.
